MDM at Daimler Truck

The Material Data Manager by VESCON is a web-based software solution to handle device and parts data. The Material Data Manager supports processes for the procurement of production machines and plants and the further processing of their parts lists data (e.g. stock inventory).

Daimler Truck uses the MDM to define specifications and standards for approved devices and parts adressed to the suppliers.

In addition the parts list of the delivered machines and plants are counter-checked with these approvals.

All required data are available for every user who is concerned in planning and construction of these machines and plants in any way for Daimler Truck.
